Act4Impact will create a movement, one that unites suppliers to make an economic, ecological, and social difference. Together we will form a network driven by Impact agents who will co-create solutions and enact positive change throughout the supply chain for a more sustainable future.

The vision of our sustainability effort is not only to avoid a negative impact on our planet, but to generate a positive effect on people and the environment. To achieve this, we actively seek new and innovative ways of working, both for our company and for our partners in business.

 

By collaborating with our more than 14,000 direct business partners and our stakeholders across the globe, we are uniting key contributors who will create a movement. As our supply chains are essential to achieving greater sustainability, working together to reach our goal makes all the difference. We believe in collaboration and co-operation to develop solutions for sustainability challenges. The Code of Conduct for business partners summarizes the expectations we place on our partners.

Training and workshops for suppliers

In 2020, we developed short online training courses to educate our suppliers about our requirements and explain how they could be implemented. The sessions were offered in English, German and Spanish and were attended by more than 1,000 suppliers in 2021.
